Lunenburg has been making headlines this summer as a top Canadian destination!

Luxury Travel Guide has named Lunenburg the Americas 'Cultural Destination of the Year.' In addition to the 500,000 Luxury Travel Guide subscribers, a profile of the town will be found in executive airport lounges all over the world, in more than 10,000 hotels, and amongst holiday specialists and tour providers.

The Lunenburg Board of Trade was instrumental in Lunenburgs success, the awards application was subjected to a rigorous assessment process and faced an extraordinary level of competition.

Earlier this summer, Lunenburg also placed in the Top Three of USA Todays 10 best Canadian destinations. These awards will not only be felt in Lunenburg but throughout the province of Nova Scotia.
